We have 12 high-speed SMT lines with a monthly production capacity of 600 million points. Each production line is equipped with a Panasonic NPM-D3A placement machine, component size: 01005 chip-l100*W90*T28. Installation accuracy:±0.025mm.Substrate size:50×50mm-510×590mm.
We also have 5 horizontal automatic insertion machines,5 vertical automatic insertion machines, and 2 fully automatic riveting machines, with a production capacity of 140 million points. The equipment accuracy insertion rate is ≥99.96%, and the maximum processing size is 450mm×450mm, 7 DIPplug-in lines with a daily production capacity of 35000 pieces and 7 automatic slitting machines.
Our company has a comprehensive testing system with 9 lines, including 2 for industrial power supply testing and 7 for diverse electronic motherboard products. We offer efficient and precise testing services for various industries. Additionally, we can develop customized testing platforms as needed, ensuring transparency and traceability of product quality with real-time tracking of detailed test results.

XHT: Delivery terms of EXW, FCA, FOB, DDU etc. are all available based on each quote.
Q8: How long does it take for PCBA quote?
XHT: Depend on project's complexity. Normally 1-2 week is enough for our engineers to evaluate.
Q9: Do you have any minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement?
